At Uscape our greatest priority is the health and safety of all our team members and you, our valued customers. So as the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, we wanted to share with you information about the steps we’re taking to minimise the risk of exposure.
We’re taking extra steps to ensure our store is a clean and hygienic environment for everyone. This means additional cleaning and sanitisation throughout our entire store. This includes high-touch areas such as counters, the café and cafe seating areas, point of sale areas, trolleys, baskets and other customer use equipment. Our bathroom facilities (including doors, light switches & tapware) will also have additional scheduled cleaning and sanitising. Also for as long as stock is available we will be providing complimentary hand sanitiser instore for use.
At this time, we will be suspending all instore workshops and events until further notice for the safety and protection of all our customers and team members.
We are actively following all health and travel advice issued by the Australian Government and keeping updated with any new information. We are also ensuring our team is supported with clear health and hygiene protocols instore, as well as providing information and support to our team members in the event they may need to stay at home if they are unwell.
At Uscape we are committed to supporting our team members and our customers throughout this time. We are ready to help you instore, online and by phone, with delivery and Click & Collect options also available.
