What if the item I want is out of stock?
It may be that the item is temporarily out of stock on our online store facility only. We will usually have stock items available at Uscape plus we also receive stock deliveries frequently. It is very likely that the item you’re after will either be in stock at Uscape or, be arriving in store soon. What if I have a Loyalty Card but forget to enter the number for my purchase?
Please email us within 48 hours of your online purchase to advise us of your loyalty card number and the transaction details. Once we receive your email we will check your details and purchase and process your loyalty card once the transaction has been confirmed. We will email you to let you know this has been rectified or if we require further information.
I’m interested in the Loyalty Program, How does it work?
It’s our way of saying thank you for your ongoing support. The loyalty program is a rewards program that works by allowing our Loyalty members to accrue points with every purchase they make in store or online. To accrue points the Loyalty Card needs to be scanned in prior to payment being made (for online store purchases the Loyalty Card number needs to written into the Special Instructions Box prior to checkout). The points accrued have a dollar value which can be redeemed as money to be used towards future purchases. The amount that has accrued can be checked by the loyalty member by asking the staff to bring up their balance. We are conscious about overuse of emails/spam emails and will only email if we have a promotion for Loyalty Card members, sale or event so you stay informed of the great deals and happenings at Uscape. You may, of course, opt out at any time.
How do I receive my Loyalty Card when I register my email address through the online shop?
Once we receive your email address we will contact you to set up your Uscape Loyalty card with your details. The details we require for the loyalty program are: Name, Address, Phone, Email and (for security reasons) the day & month of your birthdate (not the year though, we’re not that nosey!). Once we have you linked to your card we will either keep it in store for you to collect on your next visit, or we can mail it out to you, it’s your choice.
What happens if purchase is damaged or faulty when it arrives?
Uscape take the utmost care to ensure products are free from fault and packaged correctly to protect from damage in transit. In the event a product arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in a quick and timely manner. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full information.
I would like to purchase a product/products from your online shop but the delivery options don’t cover my location?
Please contact us, we are open 7 days a week, to discuss your delivery needs and our friendly staff can arrange for a quote for delivery and organise the purchase for you.
